Placing
the order
Ordering at
ThaiMegaMart is easy. Please follow the following steps to place your
order.
- Our
product database is shown by category on your left. You may select
the item by choosing your favorite artist, product type or genre.
- Choose the
product by click at the image or title, this will lead you to the
product page. You will see the product detail and may listen to the
sample audio, if available.
- Specify the
quantity that you need. You may change the quantity at any time before
the check out.
- Once
you have clicked "Add to basket", your basket total will be
updated and shown on your left.
- Click
'Basket Contents'
to view your basket contents. You may also update or remove the
selected items.
- Click 'Checkout'
whenever you are ready to place your order.
- You will be asked
to provide your Login name and password. Create
a new account if you haven't already done so.
- Confirm your
address, shipment details and payment options by following the
instructions on the screen.

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars. You may pay by credit card (MasterCard and/or Visa), your card will be
processed for credit approval by Thai local bank. We
will never charge your credit card until the item has been shipped.
If you choose to provide us with your credit card information via fax
or telephone, we will
send you an email when your order has been processed.
Credit Card Safety
ThaiMegaMart
uses the latest encryption technology to keep your credit card information
safe.
When making a purchase at ThaiMegaMart, you can choose to shop in a secure
mode using SSL encryption for secure transactions. Or, you can telephone
or fax your credit card information to us.
If you forget your password, we will first verify your identity, then send
your password to the email address listed in your ThaiMegaMart account.
Our
Policy is intended to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping
experience possible.
Privacy
Guarantee
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card
information or personal information to any third party without your
permission. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise
where we are required by law or legal process to provide information
about a customer.
Returns
Policy
Returns of Damaged or Defective Items
In
the event that a CD or Video-CD title purchased from ThaiMegaMart is
defective, ThaiMegaMart will echange the disc for a copy of the same
title, providing that the title is still available. In the event that the
title is no longer available, the warranty is void. The defective item
must be returned within one month from the date of purchase.
Items not Covered by Warranty
Physical damage from shipping, handling, abuse, or
operation on defective, incompatible, or maladjusted equipment.
Any disc not in pristine condition. Discs or jackets that
show excessive wear beyond the normal handling required to detect a
defect.
Any disc that does not clearly show a video or audio
defect. "Did not like" or "Poor transfer quality" are
not acceptable defects. Items not accepted under the terms of this
warranty will be returned, freight collect, to the sender.
Product which the buyer is unable to play due to the lack
of compatible equipment/s.
Inventory
availability
We cannot guarantee that a title listed will actually be shipped right away,
as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases,
a title may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the
time your order is processed. However, if an item is sold out, we will
inform you via email and we will not charge you for the cost and
shipping fee of that item .
Note: we will never charge your credit card until the item
ships. Your credit card needs no adjustment upon order cancellation.
Shrink
wrap
Some items will arrive without plastic shrink wrap, due to the standard
manufacturing processes of the manufacturers. We guarantee that
unwrapped items are new items and have not been used or re-sold.
Shipping
Options
We normally
ship the items as a registered air-mail, which will take 7-10 days.
However, if the weight of the order reaches some certain weight, we will
then ship to you via FedEx or UPS to speed up the delivery time. For those who
want to order in bulk, please contact our Customer Service Department for the shipping option and charge. We aim to ship within 24 hours after
receiving your order. Items not in stock can usually be obtained within 3-4
days. If your order can only be partly fulfilled, we will email you to
request instructions whether we should wait for the full order or ship
partial order. However, we will never charge you for any item until it
is available and ready to be shipped.
Custom
Duties and Taxes
Import
duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments
from outside your country. These charges are separate from ThaiMegaMart
charges. Customs will be the responsibility of the customer, although it
is rare that customs duties will be charged for single items of this
small value. Please check with your local post office or customs
authority to check the duty allowances.
